ABOUT US

Bodnant Garden Centre is open all year round, with free parking and a choice of two wonderful tearooms nearby, both are operated by the National Trust. The Magnolia Tea room is right inside the Garden Centre and is open from 10am to 4.00pm each day in the winter months.  There are freshly made cappuccinos, espressos and all other coffee and types of tea. Plus sandwiches, a soup of the day with a cheese scone, cream teas, ice creams and various chilled soft drinks.

In the planteria area we have a wide range of plants such as rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias, including hybrids originally produced at Bodnant.  Also for sale are herbaceous plants, climbers, alpines and more.

All our staff are very knowledgeable about our plants, so if you have any questions we are always happy to advise.

We sell a range of gardening tools, hoses, plant care, bird care and also giftware: books, foods, kitchenware, country clothing, dog gifts and dog food.

Also we have specially commissioned souvenirs of Bodnant Garden and a few of these we are now selling online.

We sell copies of the recently published hardback book about Bodnant Garden by Iona McLaren. The book was commissioned by the National Trust in conjunction with Pavilion Books Ltd.

In our converted old potting sheds you can explore our Craft Studios full of original craft ware and on the upper floor view our Art Gallery which supports local artists.

Bodnant Garden Centre is situated in the walled old kitchen garden to Bodnant Hall, it is adjacent to the world famous 80-acre Bodnant Garden which is operated by the National Trust and attracts over 250,000 visitors each year.

The Garden Centre is just a few miles south of Conwy and Llandudno and north of Snowdonia National Park, in the Conwy Valley, a particularly beautiful part of North Wales.
